Delivery and Returns Information

There are no postage or delivery charges when purchasing from when your specified delivery address is on the UK Mainland.  Please contact us if you wish your item to be delivered elsewhere.

Most items are held in stock for immediate despatch.  If, for some reason, we have run out of popular lines very quickly, we will email you immediately to offer a full refund or ask you to wait a short while for the item to come back into stock.  You can easily reply to our email with your answer.

We try to deliver most items within 3-5 working days of the order, but if you need any item urgently, please ring us on 01937 558084 and we will do our best to oblige.

Parcel Force delivers most of our items, usually by next day delivery if orders are placed before 1.00 pm (although larger items can take up to 72 hours).

Parcel Force usually requires a signature for delivery or you can request your parcel to be left with a neighbour or in a safe place at your own risk. Please note this information on your order form in the 'Add Comments About Your Order' section.  If you are not home to take delivery of your parcel, they can only hold your parcel for 7 days.  So if you miss your delivery, always contact them as soon as possible to rearrange delivery.

Royal Mail will deliver our smaller, lighter items. This is usually by second class post which is normally delivered in 2 to 3 days , excluding Sundays.  

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or you are not fully satisfied with it, please contact us within 3 days to arrange a replacement or refund.  We may ask for you to repack the item in its original packaging and we will arrange a pick up before we refund or replace.
